No. There is no payment required to submit a project inquiry. Payment is requested only after the project has been reviewed and you've received the appropriate agreement and next steps.

Scope, Timelines & Design
Timelines vary based on project scope, number of pages, required functionality, content readiness, revision needs, and how quickly feedback and materials are provided. Your estimated timeline will be discussed before development begins.
Yes. Website Refresh & Optimization is available for businesses with an existing website that needs improvements in areas such as design, usability, mobile experience, calls-to-action, navigation, or overall presentation. Larger redesigns may require a custom scope.
Yes. The Single-Page Launchpad is designed for businesses, offers, campaigns, and services that need one focused scrolling page with a clear customer action.
Yes. Heiress Designs creates responsive layouts designed to provide a clear experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
Content & Hosting
What You'll Need to Provide
Clients are responsible for providing their business information, services, policies, brand assets, logos, photography, and other required content unless additional content support has been included in the project scope.
Yes. Clients are responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and renewing their domain name. Recommendations can be provided if you have not purchased one yet.
Yes. Hosting is maintained by the client unless a separate managed service has been agreed upon. Heiress Designs can recommend appropriate hosting options based on the website being built.
Whenever possible, no. Heiress Designs prefers collaborator, team-member, or delegated access rather than requesting personal account passwords.
Payments & Policies
Investment & Project Terms
Project deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your project slot and cover onboarding, planning, preparation, and initial project work.
The remaining project balance must be paid according to the payment schedule in your agreement and before final website launch, transfer, or delivery of final assets.
Payment schedules may be available depending on the project scope, total investment, and terms outlined in your project agreement.
After Launch
Support Beyond Go-Live
Yes. The Care Plan is available at $150/month for ongoing website support, while the Growth Plan is available at $300/month for businesses that need additional optimization and ongoing improvements.
Ownership of eligible final website assets transfers according to the terms of your project agreement once the project balance has been paid in full.
