Website design projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.
The remaining balance is due before website launch, transfer, or delivery of final website assets.
Deposits are non-refundable and secure the Client's project slot, onboarding, planning, and initial project preparation.
If the Client cancels prior to design work beginning, no additional balance will be due.
If the Client cancels after design work has begun, payments made to date are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for providing all website content, photographs, logos, branding materials, business information, and written copy unless content creation services have been purchased separately.
Delays in providing content may affect estimated launch dates.
Domain registration and website hosting are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Heiress Designs may provide recommendations and guidance; however, ownership, billing, renewal fees, and maintenance remain the responsibility of the Client.
Project timelines are dependent upon timely communication, content submissions, approvals, and feedback from the Client.
Delays in providing required information may extend project timelines.
Projects with no client communication or required submissions for more than 30 days may be placed on hold.
Projects inactive for more than 60 days may be closed. Previously paid amounts are non-refundable.
Revision allowances are determined by the package purchased. Additional revisions beyond those included may incur additional fees.
